The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the bay area, shopping malls, and nightlife establishments. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to explore these attractions easily.
The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was not the best, with a seedy atmosphere and poor infrastructure. It was not a very safe area, especially for families with children.

Set close enough to many local attractions and also within 10 minutes on foot from malate district. All in all really good stay👍

If you visit rizal park, just 15 minutes walk, Executive Manila is a good option to stop over. Everything met the criteria. Location right by Padre Faura bus stop, only 20 minutes walk away. Take a look at Malate neighbourhood, it's worth it...

The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to Robinson's Department Store and a huge mall. It is also near the Mall of Asia, which is about 15 minutes away by taxi. it is situated in the Malate area, which means it is close to everything you need. it is right next to a casino, providing entertainment options. the rooms are spacious and modern, and the bathrooms are big and well-maintained. the staff provides excellent service, and the hotel offers facilities such as a restaurant and money exchange.
Some surrounding areas may have a poor environment and bad odor.

Good location and value for money. I was very satisfied with the hospitality
Maybe lending us the iron for 1 hour would be sufficient for us to iron our own clothes. 5 hours for clothes pressing time is a bit too long.

Very good price for a standart room. Not so far from the airport (30 minutes without traffic jams). And very close to Intramuros and shopping centers.
But the area is not very nice (I guess like other districts of Manila) - casino, brothels, poor people and litter at streets. Even at night it's very noisy because of traffic (Manila never sleeps). Also when we checked out a receptionist asked us to pay more than it was mentioned in our confirmation, but we solved this problem quickly.

This hotel in the heart of the bustling Malate night life is perfect for those looking for a central location without breaking the bank. The spacious rooms are well-appointed and exceptionally clean, with attention to detail such as a nice desk and comfortable chairs. Despite being on a busy street, the rooms are surprisingly quiet. The friendly and helpful staff add to the overall positive experience.
All was great, no complaints.

When I arrived. They had no record of my reservation. I showed them my booking and confirmation number but they still had no record. I ended up having to go online and show them my confirmation. They did honor the agreement however they did not have a room reserved for me. Lucky they still had a room available.

Location
The staff is not very helpful, everything is a problem. You cannot charge your meal to the room. You have to go and get cash and pay for it. They will not give you a second key unless you pay 200 pesos even though you have two people in the room. The beds are so small that they should only be offered to children. At $50 a night it is not a bad deal, but I guess you get what you pay for. This hotel is severely overrated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was the best aspect for me as it was close to everything. I loved that it was adjacent to Robinson Mall, making it convenient for me to shop and dine. Plus, being in front of the bay was a bonus, as I enjoyed the beautiful views. Additionally, the hotel was near the casino, which added some excitement to my stay. The room itself was very clean and cozy, ensuring a comfortable experience. The staff was also friendly and efficient, providing top-notch service. the hotel's location, cleanliness, and friendly staff made my stay a memorable one.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is situated in a good central area, making it convenient to explore the bustling nightlife of Malate. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, adding a personal touch to the stay. The rooms, despite being a bit dated, are clean and have comfortable single beds. It's great that they offer rooms on high floors, providing a good night's sleep away from the busy streets.
No major complaints, everything was fine.

We staied just for a night after arrival before next plane. Near a big commercial center and not far from the aeroport. Room is clean, just for his price
Noisy street, A/c in windows does noise and really powerfull but we can sleep well, closed with a curtain Breackfast is very basic not very good for his price 400 peso. Just for a night or two
